Alaska Bear Bell - with magnetic silencer. Ok just found this out after a few tries.so if you just let the magnet go, the bell doesn't silence, but if you actually place the magnet on the bottom of the bell (at the opening) it will hold the ball in place and silence it (shown in the last photo).
