Features steel tins with threaded lids for secure retention. The nontoxic paraffin wax blend burns brighter, hotter, and longer than beeswax in side-by-side tests. Survival uses include emergency light, fire starting, boiling water, heating food, snow shelter heating, waterproofing, and more. Made in the USA. Each set includes three candles, one of each of the following sizes: Large 3-Wick Candle: Maximum burn time is up to 11 hours with one wick lit at a time, and up to 4 hours with all three wicks lit. The perfect size for backpacking or car/boat/plane kits. 2.65 inches diameter and .76 inches thick. Medium 2-Wick Candle: Maximum burn time is up to 6 hours with one wick lit at a time, and up to 4 hours with both wicks lit. The optimal size for a compact hiking or hunting survival kit. 2.15 inches diameter and .67 inches thick. Small 1-Wick Candle: Maximum burn time is about 4 hours. Ideal for an ultra-compact pocket or belt pouch survival kit. 1.74 inches diameter and .74 inches thick.
