Custom leather holster for Leatherman Raptor Rescue shears, the essential tool of EMTs, firefighters and rescue personnel.Ergonomic designed with 45 º cant angle (tilt forward). The holster allows to comfortably carry the Raptor Shears in different positions (right-handed): Hip carry (3 o’clock position), Back Carry (4-5 o’clock position), or Appendix carry (1-2 o’clock position). The Left-handed can use it as Cross-draw holsterBelt slots fit belts up to 1,5 inches (40 mm) wide. As the holster rides in the belt in high angle (45 º), it is suitable for outdoor operations, driving and most of daily action. It is a good choice for medics, EMTs, firefighters, rescue personnel…The holster was wet molded with the real Raptor Shears, so it fit perfectly to the Raptor, always secure the shears stay tightly and safely in the place. You may have some effort to pull the shears out of the holster.The holster was made with 6-8 oz (2.5-3.2 mm) vegetable-tanned cowhide leather (high grade Vachetta leather from Italy tanneries). We only use full-grain leather, the strongest and most durable leather, to make sheaths and holsters. It helps the sheaths and holsters last for years.The color of these sheaths are Brown (The colors base on Medium Brown Leather Dye from Fiebings USA).Hand cutting, wet molding, dyeing and sewing. Edges beveled and burnished. Hand saddle stitch techniques for durability.All the sheath are finished with Leather Conditioner / Natural Beeswax / Sno-Seal for weather-resistant abilities and durability.Note: We are selling the custom leather holster only, the Leatherman Raptor Rescue Shears is NOT included. The Raptor factory clip need to be removed/detached before using the custom leather holster. The holster is not designed to fit the Raptor Rescue with its factory clip.
