It looks to be that if not all of them show an expiration of 09/2011 , but you can look at the kits and tell that they have been stored in a good condition and good temperature. These are great for your emergency med kits, bug out bags, hurricane supplies and any vehicles / recreational toys you may own. Some of the kits have lost some of their vacuum seal but they are still sealed at the edges and does not affect condition but I have to state that so people know. NSN 6545-01-525-9849 is the military nsn stock number for any research you may have. These kits can be considered new since they have not been opened and used , but they are being sold on the surplus market. If you look around these kits are a great deal for the contents inside if you had to compare to buying all the components separately.
