This listing is for a pair of unissued vintage stock Italian military gaiters. Manufactured in the 70's and 80's this durable design has remained largely unchanged since WWII, apart from the addition of the padded nylon at the top for added comfort. These are the real deal, military grade, made from tough cotton canvas, reinforced with leather trim and outfitted with traditional, dependable metal fittings. They secure under the sole with a nylon strap and are fitted with heavy cotton lacing down the side. These gaiters don't take up much room in your pack, are easy to take on and off, and provide ample rugged protection for your lower legs and ankles while hiking through the underbrush and streams of your next adventure. *This listing is for a single pair of gaiters.
